ISEC Services AB is a licensed Management Company and fund hotel, providing cost-effective and secure third party ManCo solutions to asset managers in order to help you with regulatory complexity and administrative duties.
Through ISEC ManCo Services, we provide a fund hotel with services from fund launch to daily operations, including risk management, due diligence, oversight, regulatory reporting.
Fund hotel with a one-stop-shop approach
Scalability within the financial sector is a driver for remaining both efficient and compliant. A smaller asset manager often finds demands in building a governance model meeting all regulatory demands, which can be remedied by starting up a fund in a fund hotel together with ISEC.
As an extra service, ISEC can also provide compliance and legal services to secure fulfillment of regulations linked to the asset manager.
RAIF – A flexible and efficient investment structure
Our ManCo offer is also available for funds domiciled in Luxembourg. All sizes and types of asset managers can benefit from the infrastructure in Luxembourg, either as a comprehensive solution for all funds or a complement to existing business.
We particularly want to emphasize our unique possibility of offering the fund vehicle RAIF, which is a flexible investment fund that can invest in all types of assets and is an attractive fund structure towards well-informed investors.
